Shruti is an education innovator and entrepreneur with over 35 years of experience in various sectors of the education industries in Australia and overseas.
Some of Shruti’s career highlights in VET are :
- Over 9 years experience as CEO and Managing Director of a major private RTO for international as well as domestic students, including those from CALD backgrounds
- Hands on experience of all types of audits, including VRQA/ASQA re-registration, extension to scope and ESOS Audits
- Hands on experience of setting up state-of-the art campus infrastructure for VET
- Experience of leading and managing a diverse body of staff
- Knowledge of HESG and other state government funding initiatives, including apprenticeships and traineeships
- Knowledge of TNE program delivery
- Social media marketing initiatives
